Applications Portal has been designed to make the application process simple, secure, and efficient for prospective students.
Sign up on the Applications Portal using your email address. This gives you access to your personal dashboard where all your application information is stored safely.
Once your account is created, log in anytime to manage your profile, track your application, and receive important updates.
Fill in your personal information, school details, and academic results. A complete profile helps us guide you correctly and ensures your application is processed without delays.
Choose the institution you want to apply to and select two courses you are interested in. We review your choices to make sure they match your results and meet minimum requirements.
Upload your proof of payment for our application support fee. This allows us to officially begin processing and submitting your application on your behalf.
Applications are processed within 48 hours after payment!
Upon completion of these steps, our team proceeds to prepare, verify, and submit your application on your behalf within the official application period. You will be guided on next steps and kept informed throughout the process.
To ensure quality, accuracy, and dedicated support, Applications Portal charges a once-off fee of R120 per application.
This fee covers application preparation, document checks, submission support, and guidance throughout the application process.
